Shipping

All Artuforis products are made on demand and fulfilled by our print partners. Please allow the following estimated timeframes:

  • Production time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time (Canada & USA): 5–10 business days
  • International shipping: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Total delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We ship from fulfillment centers in Canada, the USA, and internationally via our partner Printify.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made specifically when you order it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant print error, our print partner will take care of it automatically — a replacement or refund will be arranged at no cost to you.

To report a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us at hello@artuforis.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will file a claim with our fulfillment partner Printify and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved.

A Note on Colors

As with all print-on-demand products, colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen — in particular, some shades may appear lighter or less saturated in print than on your display. This is a natural characteristic of the printing process, not a defect. We always aim for the best quality possible and our designs are crafted with this in mind.
