How long does shipping take?
Production takes 3–7 business days, plus 5–10 business days for Canada & USA, or 10–20 business days internationally. You'll get a tracking email once your order ships.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide — please check it carefully before ordering. This is especially important for our unisex styles, which tend to run larger than standard sizing. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look. We can't accept returns for sizing issues, so taking a moment to check the chart can make a big difference!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every item is made on demand, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. If your item arrives damaged or defective, our print partner will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Why do colors look different from the photos?
Screen colors and print colors can vary — shades may appear slightly lighter or less saturated in print. This is normal for print-on-demand products and not a defect.
Where are your products made?
Our apparel is produced on demand by our print partners and shipped worldwide. We are based in Canada.
Do you offer UV protection clothing?
Yes! Several of our long sleeve shirts offer UV protection, great for outdoor activities. Check the product description for details.
